Urine drug screening is an integral component of ongoing treatment at Palm Beach Outpatient Detox. Besides an initial urine drug screen at evaluation, urine drug screens will be performed at random throughout treatment to verify continuing abstinence and compliance with treatment goals. Urine drug screens are used as a tool to help prevent early relapse and to help establish accountability.
